1.1. survivalshop.org is an automated interface for accepting voluntary donations and is managed by the SurvivalShop Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Site administration).
1.2. Using the SurvivalShop services, you (user of the SurvivalShop service) assume all risks associated with your partners, authorities and third parties.
1.3. The Site administration are not responsible for any illegal actions of our users on the site survivalshop.org.
1.4. The Site administration have the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Amendments come into force from the moment of publication.
1.5. The Site administration have the right to refuse access to the site in case of violation of this agreement.
1.6. The Site administration have the right to change tariffs and commissions survivalshop.org.
1.7. The Site administration are not responsible for the violation by our clients of the license agreement for the use of any server platforms, api and other.
1.8. The Site administration is not responsible for the use of the site for purposes and objectives that violate the tax and other laws of your country.
2.1. SurvivalShop collect some information automatically when you visit, access, or use the SurvivalShop services. This includes information about your gameplay purchases, entitlements, and other activity in the SurvivalShop services, typically associated with your account (if you are logged into your account or use a third-party account to access the SurvivalShop services) or with an identifier we have assigned to your device or profile. While the specific types of information that we automatically collect may vary, they generally include a service identificator, nick name, usage information and statistics how you interact with SurvivalShop services icluding page views, purchase attempts, activated promo codes etc.
2.2. SurvivalShop use technologies such as cookies and log files to automatically collect the types of information listed above.
3.1. SurvivalShop services are provided according to the partner scheme, while the fee for using the service is charged in the form of a sales commission.
3.2. In case of accumulation of debt on the account, the provision of services is temporarily suspended until the debt is repaid.
3.3. Discount programs (promo codes, bonus balance) are used to encourage loyal players; it is forbidden to sale promocodes and bonuses to bypass the service commission.
3.4. It is not allowed to place information in products or pages of subsites that violates legislation in the field of information dissemination via the Internet.
3.5. If the case of the fraud or using of a discount and bonus balance to reimburse services paid for bypassing the SurvivalShop service commission is detected, a forced rendered commission for the Services may follow; in the case of a serious violation or a fraud, the ability to use the discount may be limited, or the account may be blocked.
4.1. SurvivalShop do not provide any guarantees regarding the legality of the activities of persons carrying out activities using the SurvivalShop.
4.2. Any losses that you may incur in case of intentional or careless use of the site we are not reimbursed.
4.3. SurvivalShop does not refund donations.
5.1. SurvivalShop services including features, and functionality thereof, are owned by SurvivalShop.
5.2. You are permitted to use the services for your personal, non-commercial use only or legitimate business purposes related to your role as a current or prospective customer of SurvivalShop. Except as provided below, you must not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any of the material obtained through the services, or delete, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from the services. However, if you are otherwise in compliance with these Terms, you are permitted to use, elsewhere and on other websites, an unaltered copy of portions of the content that is publicly available on the Website for the limited, non-commercial purpose of discussing such content.
6.1. Only what concerns the gameplay of online video games supported by the service
6.2. It is prohibited to publish bonus items and services not related to online video games that are not obtained on the server.
6.3. Please note that non-compliance with the rules will result in permanent blocking of the account. Without the possibility of unbanning and refunds.
7.1. Paid Services are considered rendered from the moment the payment is credited to the player's virtual balance on the store website, allowing for the subsequent purchase and receipt of online video game bonus items (weapons, ammunition, creatures, power-ups, etc.) and services on the server.
7.2. SurvivalShop transfers paid funds to the administrators of servers connected to the service, minus the Service fee.
7.3. The Service fee depends on the game and the individual terms of service and ranges from 7 to 10%.
7.4. Refunds are available by submitting a request to the customer support center @survivalshopkassa subject to the following conditions:
7.4.1. No bonus items or services were purchased from player's virtual balance on the store website.
7.4.2. No additional promo codes or bonuses were received on the website.
7.4.3. No more than 7 days have passed since the payment.
7.4.4. The server administrator did not record/withdraw the donated funds to their account.
7.4.5. The refunded amount is reduced by the amount of actual expenses incurred (payment of the SurvivalShop service commission, the service commission for accepting payments, etc.)
